Understand the various types of contracts including permanent, fixed-term and specific-purpose
Understand the importance of policies and procedures in the employment relationship
Ensuring that your workplace is compliant with the various laws and congruent with policies
Be able to deal with workplace queries in relation to employee rights
Ensure that dismissals are fair and proportionate
Understand the codes of practice and where to find useful resources
