Dealing with workplace inspections by the Workplace Relations Commission.
Date: New dates coming soon
Time: 10:00 to 11:30
Fees: €25
Description:
You might be wondering why the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) would want to inspect your workplace? This can happen for a number of reasons which include a response to complaints that they received of alleged non-compliance with employment legislation or simply it could be a routine inspection of your particular sector.
Whatever the reason, as an employer, who receives a notice from the WRC that they are to be subject to a workplace inspection, you are expected to cooperate with the process and provide any information or records as requested by the inspector as required by law.
