Managing the Remote Workplace is a tutor led and practical course which is delivered online. The course is designed to be highly interactive, and engaging. There is special emphasis placed on assisting individuals build their confidence, sharing experiences, and developing key behaviours that will assist them in understanding the key essentials of managing employees in the remote workplace.
