The Managing Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace course is designed to provide attendees with the knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent and manage bullying and harassment in the workplace. The course covers a range of topics, from the legal definition of bullying and harassment to best practices for handling complaints and conducting investigations.
Delivery Method
Bullying and Harassment at Work is a tutor led and practical course which is delivered online. The course is designed to be highly interactive, and engaging. There is special emphasis placed on assisting individuals build their confidence, sharing experiences, and developing key behaviours that will assist them in understanding the key essentials of managing, educating, and ensuring a zero tolerance to workplace bullying and harassment.
Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in interactive discussions, case studies, and role-playing exercises to reinforce their understanding of the course material. By the end of this course, participants will have the tools and knowledge necessary to prevent, identify, and respond to incidents of bullying and harassment in the workplace.
