Consumer rights & guarantees
Unfair commercial practices and contractual terms
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

On demand workshops will be available for 6 months from the point of sale
All fees must be paid in advance of accessing course content online
Refunds will only be made where course content has not been accessed
Certification:
All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance on completion of the course.

€50 per module or all five modules for €200
