The course will be delivered through a virtual platform, allowing participants to attend live sessions from any location with an internet connection. The live sessions will be supplemented by self-paced modules, which participants can complete on their own schedule. The in-person component of the training will include group discussions, role-playing exercises, and case studies. The training can also be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Program Content: 
The Negotiation Skills Training program is designed to provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective negotiators. This one-day course is delivered through a combination of interactive lectures, group discussions, role-plays, and case studies. 
The program covers the following topics: 
Introduction to Negotiation: This module introduces the fundamental concepts of negotiation and the different negotiation styles. Participants will learn about the importance of preparation, the elements of a successful negotiation, and the different types of power in negotiation. 
Communication Skills in Negotiation: This module covers the key communication skills required for effective negotiation, including active listening, questioning, and body language. Participants will learn how to build rapport with the other party and how to handle difficult situations. 
Negotiation Strategies: This module covers the different negotiation strategies and tactics that can be used in a negotiation, including distributive bargaining, integrative bargaining, and win-win negotiation. Participants will learn how to select the appropriate strategy for a given situation and how to develop a negotiation plan. 
Managing Conflict in Negotiation: This module covers the sources of conflict in negotiation and the different strategies for managing conflict. Participants will learn how to identify and manage different types of conflict and how to maintain a positive negotiating relationship. 
Closing the Negotiation: This module covers the final stages of negotiation, including reaching agreement, finalizing the deal, and following up after the negotiation. Participants will learn how to close the negotiation effectively and how to build long-term relationships with the other party.

Payment: Payment must be made in advance, and only participants who have made full payment will be allowed to attend the workshop. 
Cancellation: If a participant needs to cancel their attendance, they must inform the organizers at least 48 hours prior to the workshop. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the workshop, no refund will be given. 
Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, including the date, time, location, and content of the workshop. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. 
Liability: The organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants during the workshop. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the workshop. 
Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the workshop. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the participant being asked to leave the workshop. 
Certification: Participants who attend the full workshop will receive a certificate of attendance. 
All workshops will run online via Zoom unless otherwise requested.
