You may be able to claim that you were unfairly dismissed if you have worked for 12 months or more with your last employer!
In general, you have 6 months to make a claim before it becomes statue barred however, the earlier you make a claim the better!
No is the answer although it is always advisable to seek legal advice however at Fresh Thinking, we can work on your behalf with the Workplace Relations Commission.
At Fresh Thinking, we always try and back the winners hence if we don't feel that your case is strong, we will generally not take it in the first place.
No however for a small administration fee, we will handle your case and if it fails the only loss is the administration fee for our time. If you win, we will take a small percentage of the settlement which is agreed in advance with you!
